excellent north stay
convenient locationwonderful servicereally good roomplan to return
i found the location convenient near north station and coles. neil and joe offered wonderful customer service. my room provided everything i expected from a hotel of this class. it was a return visit and i plan to come back again
the tvs could use an upgrade as they are not equipped with youtube or netflix

the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes the pool area has ample seating with twenty loungers and a section offering shade i found these amenities well-kept and readily accessible

Really good Convenience and Comfort

The location is excellent. The train station is only a short walk (about 100 meters!). The bed offered great comfort, essential after long travel. The kitchen is well-equipped. It suited all my needs.

The room was very spacious. It had every appliance I could need. I found the views sensational (the city lights at night are so romantic). The staff were lovely and helpful.
I noticed an odour as soon as I entered the room. The carpets really need cleaning.

the location proved quite convenient , providing easy access to nearby shops and transportation options.
i encountered several issues within the suite. the dishwasher lacked a cutlery tray and retained stagnant water. furthermore , the balcony table and railing were noticeably filthy.

the two-bedroom balcony suite was very spacious for my family. we had good views of the surrounding area from our balcony. the train station was a short walk away , made getting around quite easy.
the air conditioning unit was difficult to regulate. i struggled to maintain a consistent temperature in the room. limited parking spaces were available on-site , made it challenging to find a spot when i arrived.
